Natural Allergy and Sinus Relief During Pregnancy

Over time, however, I discovered several safe and natural remedies that helped alleviate these symptoms. Here are some that you might find helpful too:

8. Elevate Your Head While Sleeping
Sleeping with your head elevated can prevent mucus from pooling in your sinuses, reducing congestion and making it easier to breathe.
While these remedies were instrumental in helping me cope with allergy and sinus issues during pregnancy, it's important to remember that each pregnancy is unique.
